The ISL22416 integrates a single digitally controlled potentiometer (DCP) and non-volatile memory on a monolithic CMOS integrated circuit.该ISL22416集成了数字控制的单电位器（DCP）的集成在一个CMOS集成电路和非挥发性记忆体。
